Strengthening Professional Skills and Building a Strong Defense for Power Safety | Sefon Conducts Special Training for 110kV Substations

From August 24 to 25, Sefon invited professional engineers from NR Electric to conduct a two-day specialized training program on 110kV substations. All frontline operation and maintenance personnel as well as technical specialists of the company participated in the training.

The training was delivered by NR Electric engineers on-site, focusing on key substation commissioning and maintenance tasks, including 110kV substation relay protection, SCADA background system commissioning, point-to-point verification and diagram configuration, remote communication, and master station-related commissioning operations. Combining theoretical instruction, case studies, and hands-on practice, the training addressed employees’ technical gaps in a targeted manner and effectively improved their practical operation skills and fault handling capabilities.

The training content was closely aligned with actual job requirements and featured strong practicality. It further strengthened the professional foundation of operation and maintenance personnel, standardized on-site work procedures, and enhanced the overall technical capabilities of the team.
