ZW32 outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker consists of three-phase prop and mechanism box and its structure is simple and clear.Three-phase prop and current transformer are insulated by outdoor epoxy resin solid or silicone rubber,which has the advantages of high-voltage and low-temperature resistance,ultraviolet radiation resistance and aging resistance.It adopts miniaturized spring operating mechanism,which has low energy consumption for breaking and making,the transmission and transportation structure is main shaft sliding mode,and no torsion loss.The current transformer is installed on the moving terminal outlet and the plug structure is adopted for the second time,which is convenient for maintenance and replacement.
The switch closing and opening of the vacuum circuit breaker can be operated manually,electronically and remotely.It can realize the distribution automation with the controller,and can also form a recloser with reclose controller.The operation mechanism is novel,simple,reliable,small size and the mechanical life reaches 20,000 times.The installation mode of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is single rod or double rod mounting mode.
